Sterling Home’s 2 year warranty covers the following:

• Any defect in materials, labor and design with respect to the new home.

5 Year Warranty

Sterling Home’s 5 year warranty covers the following:

• Defects in the building envelope that cause water ingress.
• Defects, or defects in the design, that cause the exterior cladding, caulking, windows and doors to detach from, or cause material damage to, the home.

10 Year Warranty
