Our build times are approximately 12-13 months from the contract written on a pre-sale home. This can vary depending on the season and the availability of construction materials.
The price of your home will include the base home price, the lot price, GST, and any upgrades you may wish to include in your new home. Certain communities also have architectural guidelines/controls that may require additional costs due to the material changes required.

Yes, we build year-round in Winnipeg. Modern construction practices, quality of materials, and technology ensure it’s safe and efficient to build in all seasons, including winter. Certain exterior items, such as concrete, stucco, and painting, will be completed during the late spring to early fall.

Yes, you are welcome to visit the construction site during the build at certain stages, accompanied by your Sales Representative. As part of the process, you will also receive an invitation to attend a scheduled Framing Walk-Through, which your Sales Representative will arrange with you. For safety reasons, proper attire is required, and children are not allowed on site.
We are not a custom home builder, which means we can offer minor modifications or accommodations to our existing floor plans. However, we are unable to build homes based on unique designs or blueprints provided by clients.
Once you have decided to build your new home with us, you will be invited to attend a DesignQ Open House at our large in-house Design Centre. Following that, you will have a dedicated 3-hour consultation with one of our Interior Design Consultants, where you will select the interior, and in some cases, the exterior, finishes for your home.
Yes, if you are purchasing a pre-sale home, you will have the opportunity to choose your interior and exterior selections. For spec (inventory) homes, please consult with your Sales Representative to determine which selections, if any, can still be personalized. Selection options may be limited depending on the stage of construction.
Yes, our homes are built with several energy-efficient construction materials/systems. We also offer an optional Energy Efficiency package for those who want to increase their energy efficiency levels even further.
For one year after possession, our dedicated staff at ServiceQ will assist with all your home warranty needs. Broadview Homes offers an industry-leading 1-2-5-10 year warranty program, ensuring peace of mind with personalized, responsive after-possession care.
