What to Expect During Your Consultation
When you purchase a new home with us, we support you every step of the way – from selecting your home to choosing your interior and exterior finishes, and even through after-possession care. As part of the building process, every Broadview Homes purchaser receives a complimentary three-hour, one-on-one consultation with a Certified Interior Decorator at our 4,000 sq. ft. design centre, designQ. During this session, our Consultants guide you through all interior and applicable exterior selections for your new home.
In addition to the consultation, confirmed purchasers are invited to attend two Preview Nights at designQ. Preview Nights take place every Thursday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, by appointment only. During each Preview Night, you will be paired with a Designer for a dedicated one-hour preview to explore options, ask questions, and feel more confident heading into your formal design appointment.
