At Broadview Homes, Preview Night at designQ (Qualico’s Design Centre), is designed to give homeowners an early, guided introduction to the design selection process before their full consultation.
What Is Preview Night?
Preview Night is an exclusive experience available to clients with finalized sales. Held every Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Preview Night allows you to explore Broadview’s 4,000 sq. ft. designQ Design Centre in a relaxed, informative setting.
Each client is paired with a professional designer for a one-hour preview appointment, providing the opportunity to preview materials, ask questions, and start shaping the vision for your new home.
How Preview Night Fits into the Design Process
Clients may attend up to two Preview Night appointments prior to their three-hour personal design consultation. These sessions are meant to help you feel confident and prepared when it’s time to make final selections.
Preview Night is a great time to:
- Explore interior and exterior finish options
- Learn about current styles and trends
- Ask questions about the selection process
- Narrow down preferences before your full consultation
Your designQ Consultation
As part of the new home building process, every Broadview Homes buyer receives a three-hour personalized consultation with a Certified Interior Decorator. During this appointment, you’ll work closely with one of our experienced Design Consultants to finalize all of the design selections for your home.
Interior selections are available for all new presale homes and select inventory homes, depending on the stage of construction at the time of purchase.
